Catching up!

Sorry its been so long since my last installment. You would think when Nate got home I would have more time for things like this, but no, instead I have been spending my spare time with my little family! Nate has been home for just over a week and it is pure bliss! As I stated when he left, I missed his help, but I mostly missed his presence. He is the spring in our steps, he is the energy that keeps our family moving, so we are so happy to have him home!

Since my last post we have had Halloween, for which X dressed up (ok, was forced into) as Tigger, and he could not have been more adorable. We really didn't go out, just dressed up for friends. We gave out popcorn and candy to the kids at the door, and otherwise had a quiet evening at home!Xander and I also joined a Mom's Group, its a group of (mostly) first time moms of kids born in the last year. We have play dates, dinners out with the whole family, and meet at events around town with the kiddos. It has been a blast getting to meet new people and has added so much fun to our routine! This past weekend we went to Baby Loves Disco, a club downtown converts into a club for kids and their parents once a month. It was fun! I think Xander will only like it more as he gets older!
