Hi...remember me?

OK, so I've disappeared from the face of the earth for a while, but I promise it was for a very good reason. You see, I have been in 'hibernation' for the last 3 months or so. Apparently that's how long it takes before the baby growing inside of me finally gave its mommy a break! We are now in week 15 and growing strong! I heard the baby's heartbeat last week at my appointment and all sounded strong and healthy! My clothes are getting tighter everyday and the pouch on my stomach is starting to look less and less like I couldn't stop eating at Thanksgiving, and more and more like there might actually be something growing in there! My next appointment is just barely into the new year and then around Nate's birthday we go back for the all important 20-week ultrasound!! That's when we get another peek at our little one (aka 'Baby Hobbs' for those in the know) and can find out the gender. All we really want is for the doctor to look at the baby and exclaim 'That's the healthiest baby I've ever seen!' so keep us in your thoughts!
We had a blast in Atlanta last weekend at the SEC Championship game. We had seats on the 35-yard line, 5th row. And yes, you do have permission to be jealous. The football gods have shined very kindly on us in the last two years! Last years ACC Championship was a completely different experience, but equally as satisfying! Of course, the best part was seeing Nate in garnet and gold last year, and me in the good old blue and orange this year (first time since high school!). The weather was freakishly cold, but the game was in a dome (Thank God!). And before we drove back we decided to take a spin through the only Ikea in the southeast (until later next year!!!!! When Ikea Orlando opens!!!). Now, Nate and I have been in love with Ikea for years, so actually going into the store was like spending a day at an amusement park. Needless to say we left with more than our tiny station-owned SUV could handle.... it also explains why Nate is putting together new furniture right now....
And last but not least, Thanksgiving was a blast!! By the time we finished eating I was pretty much done for, it's possible my eyes actually rolled back in my head. I knew being pregnant would slow me down some, but I guess I hadn't thought it would stop me dead in my tracks! We had Thanksgiving here again, as Nate was working (like normal!). This year we had both my family and Nate's! It was a great way to have our first holiday in our new house. And I have to say, my turkey was amazing! And we all know I'm a turkey fanatic! Over the weekend my family tried to slowly kill me by taking us all over every Disney park, but I have survived, and have finally turned the second trimester corner. It is an amazing change to wake up after 10 hours of sleep and actually feel rested! I swear for the last 14 weeks the only thing I have done is either sleep or not move. Anything else was just too hard!
Ok, I lied, there is one final thing.... it looks like I will be changing jobs with the new year (yeah!) and this job is actually in Orlando, and actually in my line of work. Of course that's only if Nate doesn't F- it up! More on all of this when we have more details!!
Enjoy the pics, miss you all!! XXOO

Sabrina (in the middle, looking older everyday!)
