Whew!

I don't know how it happened, but when I got to the doctor this morning my blood pressure had returned to normal!! I about fell out of the chair when she told me her reading. So, seeing as I am no longer in danger, the push for inducement is gone! (at least for now). I am beginning to progress toward labor, my cervix is beginning to thin, but there is dilation. They did an ultrasound to check his position and he is firmly head down and in position for whatever may come! His BPP (biophysical profile) was an 8, which is perfectly healthy. I will still be going to the doctor twice a week for monitoring of my blood pressure, but for now we have dodged a bullet! I am so excited, you have no idea. I have to say, everyone who told me to put my feet up and forget about work were right. Nate was hugely helpful in keeping me off my feet, happy, reassured, and calm (as possible in a totally freaked out state), he was a great husband and daddy. Also, a friend of ours shared some very helpful relaxation techniques that I swear worked. Thank you to everyone who was thinking of us and praying for us! I am just so happy!!
